Sunday mornings should all be this leisurely. The green market in Palm Beach Gardens is a low-key setting. It offers a mix of farm-fresh produce, prepared foods and artisanal goods. There are seating areas and live music. Spoto’s Oyster Bar will host live cooking demonstrations. It runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Get a good stretch
Work off that weekend cocktail crush. Twisted Trunk Brewing in Palm Beach Gardens offers weekly Sunday morning yoga classes right in the brewery. Sunday detox yoga begins at 11 a.m., runs for an hour, and finishes with a pint of beer or kombucha for $18.

Shop ‘n’ Roll
Why just shop when you can shop to a beat. Live music highlights Downtown at the Gardens Saturday with the band Groove Merchant from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Theirs is a mix of jazz, top 40, funk and blues.
